Gluing Composite Embossing Unit

Product Overview
The gluing composite embossing unit carries out gluing and embossing composite processes for kitchen paper, hand towels, toilet paper and face towels. It bonds two or more paper webs into a laminated sheet with a defined embossing pattern, improving bulk, softness perception and absorbency of the finished tissue product.
The unit combines steel-to-rubber or steel-to-steel embossing rollers, a glue application system with metering control, and a nip lamination section. Web tension and register between the plies are managed through driven unwinds, and a control panel lets operators set embossing depth, glue amount and running speed to match the paper grade. The unit is designed to integrate with rewinders and folding machines in a continuous converting line.
It is applied in toilet paper and kitchen towel plants, household paper mills and specialty tissue converters producing laminated away-from-home products. We provide integration layout support, commissioning and operator training, recommended spare parts including embossing and glue roller items, and export packaging for overseas delivery.
