Product Overview
The high-speed servo full-automatic soft tissue packaging machine performs automatic film packaging of soft pack tissues, facial tissues, napkins, cut tissue paper and towel paper. It takes folded and counted stacks from the upstream line, wraps them in printed or plain PE film, and seals and cuts each bag to produce retail-ready packs.
Servo axes control film feeding, stack infeed, bag forming and sealing, which keeps bag dimensions consistent and reduces film waste. A PLC with touch screen interface stores pack recipes for different stack sizes, handles registration of printed film and records production counts and alarms. Quick-change forming parts allow the line to switch between pack formats within a short setup window.
The machine is widely used by tissue converters and household paper manufacturers supplying supermarkets, convenience channels and export markets. We provide film trial support before shipment, installation and commissioning guidance, operator training, spare parts supply and export packaging designed for long-distance ocean transport.
