Product Overview
The fully automatic tissue paper folding machine is designed for continuous folding and in-machine division of bottom-pull tissues, box facial tissues, soft pack tissues, hand towels and kitchen towels. It converts jumbo parent rolls into neatly folded, count-accurate stacks ready for downstream packaging, helping tissue converters raise line output while keeping fold quality consistent across long production runs.
The machine unwinds the parent roll through an automatic tension control system, guides the web over folding plates and rollers that form the selected fold pattern, and divides the stream into lanes inside the frame. A PLC with a touch screen interface handles fold count, lane speed and fault alarms, while servo-driven sections keep the web stable at higher running speeds. Embossing and perforation units can be integrated according to the finished product specification.
It suits tissue paper converting plants, household paper manufacturers and OEM packaging lines serving hotels, catering and retail brands. Each machine is tested with the customer's paper before shipment, and delivery includes installation guidance, operator training, a spare parts kit and export-grade packaging for overseas transport.
