Product Overview
The servo high-speed fully automatic cutting machine is built for automatic cutting of facial tissue logs, hand towels, kitchen towels, cotton soft towels and coreless toilet paper. It receives continuous logs from the upstream rewinding or folding line and cuts them into finished rolls or packs at a stable cycle rate, forming the critical link between converting and packaging.
The cutting section uses a servo-driven circular knife with an automatic grinding device, so the blade keeps a clean cutting edge through long runs. A PLC with touch screen interface stores product recipes for different log diameters and cutting lengths, and the feeding servo positions each log precisely before the cut. Safety guarding, dust extraction connections and fault diagnostics are integrated into the frame.
The machine serves tissue paper converters, household paper plants and contract packers producing retail and away-from-home paper products. Delivery includes recipe setup assistance, operator training, a recommended spare parts list covering blades and wear items, and export-standard packaging with documentation for customs clearance.
