Fully Automatic Tissue Paper Folding Machine (V-Fold)
Product Overview
This V-fold configuration of the fully automatic tissue folding machine produces interfolded sheets for bottom-pull tissues, box facial tissues, soft pack tissues, hand towels and kitchen towels. The V-fold pattern lets each sheet present the next one when pulled, which is the standard dispensing behaviour expected in washrooms, food service and household use.
Parent rolls are unwound with automatic tension control, then the web passes through folding plates arranged for the V-fold geometry and is divided into parallel lanes inside the machine. A PLC and touch screen manage sheet count, bundle size and alarm handling, and servo drives coordinate the folding and transfer sections so that stack quality stays uniform during continuous operation.
The machine fits tissue converting workshops and household paper factories that supply hotels, restaurants, offices and retail chains.
