Product Overview
The high-speed full servo bottom paper dispenser packaging machine is designed for automatic bag packaging of bottom-pull facial tissues, hand towels and kitchen towels. It forms the bag around the folded stack from bottom-pull dispenser format and completes filling, sealing and cutting in one continuous cycle, delivering retail-ready dispenser packs.
Full servo control governs film unwinding, bag forming, product infeed and sealing, which keeps cycle timing precise and bag appearance consistent. A PLC with touch screen interface stores recipes for different pack sizes, registers printed film and records output and alarm history. The infeed synchronises with upstream folding machines so that stacks transfer without manual handling.
The machine fits tissue converters and household paper plants producing bottom-pull dispenser packs for retail, office and food service channels.
