Product Overview
The SFH-100S automatic facial tissue box-in and box-sealing machine is a compact cartoning solution for facial tissues, napkins, square tissues, handkerchiefs and cotton soft towels. It automates the whole box-forming cycle: carton blank feeding, opening and squaring, product loading, and final closing with tape or hot melt sealing, giving small and mid-size converters a space-saving way to produce retail boxes.
Servo drives coordinate the magazine, transfer and sealing sections, and a PLC with touch screen interface stores carton recipes, counts output and displays alarms. The frame is arranged for straightforward access during cleaning and changeover, and adjustment points are marked so that size changes can be completed by trained operators in a short time.
Typical users include tissue packaging factories, household paper brands and contract packers serving retail and hospitality channels.
