Product Overview
This fully automatic rewinder handles toilet roll, kitchen towel and jumbo roll (JRT) formats on one platform, operating as a high-speed start-stop machine at up to 250 m/min. Adjustable core and coreless rewinding diameters from 60 to 300 mm allow converters to switch between consumer toilet rolls, kitchen towels and large-format away-from-home JRT products.
Independent motor drives coordinate unwind, rewind and log transfer, and PLC with HMI control manages recipes, tension and alarms for each product format. The machine integrates automatic core loading, tail trimming, gluing and sealing, embossing and lamination, airbag-assisted edge embossing and automatic unloading, with crane-assisted jumbo roll loading to keep parent roll changes fast and safe. Downstream connections to cutting and packaging equipment are designed for continuous line operation.
The rewinder serves tissue mills and converters supplying retail, food service and institutional markets with multiple roll formats. We provide format trial support, line layout design, installation and operator training, spare parts supply and export-grade packaging with documentation.
