Product Overview
The maxi roll shrink packing machine performs automatic material handling and shrink film packaging of maxi roll tissues, box tissues, face wipes and cotton pads. It wraps single products or grouped packs in shrink film and passes them through a heating tunnel, producing tight, protective bundles suited to storage, transport and shelf display.
Product infeed, film wrapping and sealing are coordinated by servo and pneumatic actuators under PLC control, with a touch screen interface for size recipes and production counting. The shrink tunnel temperature and conveyor speed are adjustable to match different film thicknesses, and the frame allows integration with upstream cartoning or counting equipment.
The machine is applied in tissue converting plants, hygiene product factories and contract packaging operations serving retail and away-from-home markets. Delivery includes layout design for the customer's line, film trial support, installation and operator training, spare parts supply and export packaging for overseas shipment.
