Product Overview
The CNR-MT series automatic rewinding machine converts jumbo parent reels into finished toilet rolls, kitchen towels and maxi rolls (JRT) on one platform. Rewinding, transfer, perforation and log unloading run automatically, so one operator can keep the line moving while finished logs pass directly to the cutting and packing stations.
The machine uses a start-stop rewinding structure with independent motor drives and frequency conversion speed regulation, reaching a production speed of 250 m/min. PLC and HMI control keeps winding tension, perforation and counting synchronized, while the integrated winder handles both cored and coreless rolls with automatic core loading, tail trimming, gluing and sealing, plus a riding roller for consistent roll hardness.
The unwind stand accepts one to four layers of parent reel with independent driving and crane loading, and an edge embossing unit with airbag pressurization keeps sheet edges firm. Steel-to-rubber, steel-to-steel and steel-to-paper embossing systems, point-to-point or nested lamination and maxi-roll core adapters are available as options, so the configuration can match different tissue grades and market requirements. Equipment ships with export packaging, and installation, commissioning and operator training support are provided.
