Product Overview
The fully automatic toilet roll rewinder is a high-speed start-stop rewinding machine for toilet tissue production, running at speeds up to 250 m/min. It converts jumbo parent rolls into finished toilet rolls with adjustable core and coreless rewinding diameters from 60 to 300 mm, covering the common retail and away-from-home roll sizes.
Independent motor drives control the unwind, rewind and transfer sections, while PLC and HMI management handles diameter setting, tension curves and fault alarms. The machine performs automatic core loading, tail trimming, gluing and sealing, embossing and lamination, airbag-assisted edge embossing, and automatic log unloading. Crane-assisted jumbo roll loading reduces manual handling at the unwind stand, and the rewinder links directly with downstream log saws and packaging machines for seamless line integration.
It is used by toilet paper mills and tissue converters producing cored and coreless rolls for retail, hospitality and institutional channels. Delivery includes line layout design, installation and commissioning, operator training, spare parts supply and export packaging for overseas projects.
