Product Overview
The CNR-MT automatic toilet roll rewinding machine converts jumbo parent reels into finished toilet rolls, kitchen towels and maxi rolls (JRT). Rewinding, log transfer, perforation and unloading are completed automatically, and finished logs move directly to the cutting and packing stations, which keeps the converting line running with a small operating crew.
The machine adopts independent motor drives with frequency conversion speed regulation and a start-stop rewinding structure, reaching a production speed of 250 m/min. PLC and HMI control synchronizes winding tension, perforation and counting, while automatic core loading, tail trimming, gluing and sealing together with the riding roller keep roll hardness and log length consistent from the first log to the last.
The unwind stand handles one to four layers of parent reel with independent driving and crane loading, and the integrated winder supports both cored and coreless production with maxi-roll core adapters. Steel-to-rubber, steel-to-steel and steel-to-paper embossing systems, point-to-point or nested lamination and an edge embossing unit with airbag pressurization are available as options, so the line can be configured for different tissue grades and finished roll diameters from 60 to 300 mm. Equipment ships with export packaging, and installation, commissioning and operator training support are provided.
