Product Overview
The servo full automatic soft tissue middle packing machine performs automatic multi-bag pouch packaging of facial tissues, hand towels, kitchen towels, napkins, face wipes, wet wipes and cleaning cloths. It groups individual packs into a larger middle bag, which is the standard secondary packaging step between single-pack wrapping and case packing on modern tissue lines.
Servo axes drive the infeed grouping, film forming and horizontal sealing, keeping bag length and seal position consistent at high cycle rates. A PLC with touch screen interface stores recipes for different pack counts and bag sizes, monitors film registration for printed material and logs production data. The infeed can be linked directly to upstream single-pack machines through accumulation conveyors.
The machine is used by tissue converters, wet wipe manufacturers and household paper plants supplying retail chains and export distributors.
