The SFH-150S automatic facial tissue box-in and box-sealing machine handles automatic cartoning and sealing of facial tissues, napkins, square tissues, handkerchiefs and cotton soft towels. It feeds flat cartons, opens and squares them, loads the folded tissue stacks, then closes and seals the boxes with tape or hot melt, producing finished retail boxes at a steady line speed.
The carton magazine, opening station and loading section are coordinated by servo drives, while a PLC with touch screen interface manages box size recipes, production counting and fault indication. Change parts for different carton dimensions are designed for tool-free adjustment, so operators can move between SKUs without lengthy downtime. Detection devices reject unopened or misloaded cartons before sealing.
